ID Vision offers free shipping on orders over $50 to the lower 48 states.
• Orders under $50 will have a Fedex or USPS rate will be marked on each item prior to check out.
• There are no surprises or hidden charges.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO.
• ID Vision ships to 48 continental U.S. states. We do not ship to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands or outside of the U.S.
Shipping outside of continental 48 states:
ID Vision does not ship directly outside the continental 48 states. However, we are able to work with customer's freight forwarders to accommodate. Additional shipping charges may apply. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes and any additional fees may be applied upon export. It is the responsibility of the freight forwarder to inspect the shipment before accepting the delivery. Once the shipment has been received and accepted by the freight forwarder, ID Vision is not responsible for any damage or loss of products.
Cancellation policy:
If a customer wishes to cancel an order that has not been shipped, please contact customer service during normal business hours at 661-347-0889 or simply reply to the order confirmation email with a cancellation request. ID Vision will do our best to assist you promptly in a timely matter. Items that are special order, marked as shipped and drop-shipped items cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Restocking fees may apply to special order items and items marked as an assembly. In the event that an item cannot be canceled, customers are able to return eligible items.
Out of stock items and Backorders:
In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately. The back ordered items will then ship via ground shipping service when stock is replenished at no additional charge. However, the customer can request the order to be shipped complete once all products are available.
