Fast and Easy Returns:

We at idvisionusa.com sell high quality LED products ensure 100% customer satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, please email or call us within 15 days of the order delivery date and let us know. We will send you an RMA number, and you can send the product back to us. No return will be accepted without an RMA number. We can either replace the item with one of your choice or issue a refund (see below).
idvisionusa.com only accepts returns on products within 15 days of delivery date and a return damage claim or missing product claim must be filed within 7 days of the delivery date. If the return is due to idvisionusa.com error (wrong product sent/dead on arrival <DOA>/pieces missing), we will send you a prepaid shipping label and you simply need to drop the package off to your local USPS/Fedex Office. Please inspect all items prior to use. If you decide to send an item back, please be sure to package it the same way it arrived to ensure it does not break on the way back to us. We recommend all return shipments purchase insurance covering the full amount of the order. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your shipment arrives damaged, idvisonusa.com cannot offer you a refund. Once the item has been inspected and approved, a refund for the purchase price will be issued. A  15% restocking fee will be charged. 
All returns due to buyer preference change will have the option of store credit for the full amount of purchase of product or refund for the full amount of purchase of product. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred in warranty claims.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund within a few business days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-7 business days), processing the return once we receive it in the warehouse (3-5 business days), and the time for the bank to process the refund request (3-5 business days).
What to do if your product is damaged upon arrival: We at idvisionusa.com go through enormous efforts to properly package and ship all orders to prevent breaking. In the unlikely event that your package arrived damaged, please make sure you take the following steps to ensure getting a replacement is quick and easy: Step 1. Email idvisionusa.com within 72 hours of product delivery. Step 2. Take a photo of all packaging AND materials AND damaged items. Step 3. We will send you an RMA number and return shipping label. Step 4. Repackage the item in the box it arrived in and send it back to:

Warranty Claim

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer will need to send the product back to ID Vision. ID Vision cannot fulfill the warranty claim until ID Vision has received the product back. ID Vision does not provide a prepaid return label. If the product is not available or is discontinued, ID Vision will offer the next best alternative at ID Vision discretion. All return shipping for warranty claims will be handled by the customer. ID Vision will ship the replacement back to the customer free of charge. A 25% restocking fee could be assessed to the credit if the item is returned without packaging.
ID Vision is not liable for any installation mishaps and does not reimburse for any installation costs. ID Vision will cover the cost of product if the product is defective within warranty time period, but no other costs will be covered. Please be sure you are using an electrician for any installation to ensure the product has been safely installed.
In no event is ID Vision liable for any incidental, direct or indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages of any kind or any other damages whatsoever, including without limitation,  those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of business, loss of reputation, good will, data, information, income,  anticipated savings or loss of business relationships.*


ID Vision warrants all ID Vision's fixture is free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed and used under normal operating conditions for 2 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers all LED and electronic component not aluminum fixture parts. The warranty extends only to replacement of defective fixture or components; it does not cover failure due to improper installation, misuse, mishandling or damage incurred in transit.


This limited warranty does not extend to and expressly excludes:
1. Products not used by directions specified in installation instructions and subject to unauthorized repair.
2. Damages caused by accident, alteration, misuse, abuse and exceeding the cost of the product.
3. Costs incurred in shipment, repair, replace, remove or install of the product by buyer and others.
